Formation of Executive Committee:
An Executive Committee will be formed to manage the organization's work effectively. The committee will consist of the following officers and members:
1. President: One
2. Vice President: One
3. Minister/Secretary: One
4. Deputy Minister: One
5. Treasurer: One
6. Members: Four (If there are changes in other positions or titles, please specify here.)
Thus, the Executive Committee will consist of a total of three officers and four members. Note that one member will be appointed by the Education Department.
Election of Executive Committee:
The Executive Committee of the organization will be elected by the General Assembly for a term of two years.
Elections will be conducted through a direct system.
The appointment of election officials will be made by the Executive Committee.
Powers and Duties of the Organization's Executive Committee:
1. Membership admission/dismissal.
2. Preparation of annual budgets.
3. Protection of the organization's property.
4. Appointment of permanent employees, determination of their salaries and allowances, and dismissal.
5. Implementation of decisions passed by the General Assembly.
6. Formation of sub-committees for the management of affairs.
7. Other tasks deemed beneficial for the organization
